Premier Foundation

Quite simply, Premier Properties operates differently. We are deeply committed to caring about and investing in the neighborhoods in which we do business. Giving back to the community is essential to our philosophy. Building stronger neighborhoods begins with helping its youngest citizens. In 2001, the Premier Foundation was formed to give aid to non-profit organizations that benefit children in the communities in which we are located. During the Foundation’s first year, over $70,000 in funds were contributed.

On October 29, 2005, the Premier Foundation
presented a $24,000 donation to the Hendrick’s
County Day Nursery Association for their new child
care facility. In addition, a book drive collected
over 500 books for the library.

Another practice of the Premier Foundation is to support the arts in each community and to showcase local creative efforts in our properties. Premier Properties works with local artists and students to commission sculptures and murals that grace our centers. Current and future properties will continue to draw upon the talents and resources of local artists to enhance their aesthetic appeal. The Premier Foundation has fast become essential to our company’s business strategy. Call it good stewardship or just good citizenship—it’s part of our belief and our practice.
